come from the [clearly not Russian] hostname reported in the
MiDomane.com Raw Access file for April, 2018:
159-243-39-103.static.wefeinternet.com, which NSLookUp ascribes to
"NXDOMAIN." WhoIs returns 159.243.0.0/16 for the server CIDR and Headquarters, USAISC, as the site
owner at Fort Huachuca, AZ, USA. Note also that this HEAD / HTTP/1.1 request also went through an intermediary, but one located in England (GB country code).
